WOW! I couldn’t believe how much better our house looked after STAGING. It was particularly amazing because they used the furniture that we owned. We have continued to enjoy the staging and find the house more functional that it was before. The overall look and feel of the house went from cluttered and tired to updated and spacious. The use of their colors and the extras brought in changed the look and feel of our house.

We had 6 offers within three days, and I heard people say “you have a really nice house!”.  This would have never happened prior to staging.

My original contract was to have Art of ReDesigning work on several rooms in my home…redesigning my formal living room, guest bedroom, formal dining room, family room, kitchen, master bedroom, sitting area and loft. I also wanted help with accessorizing specific areas in my home. I heard about ARD by going through several websites on interior design. When I came across “Art of ReDesigning,” the home page caught my interest. The photos in the Photo Gallery looked cozy and comfortable (I loved the “before and after shots”). The logo also struck my interest. It was different. When I read about Denise Baker, the designer, I immediately felt her passion to share her natural-born talent.

Your services were very professional…yet personal! The work alone was perfect for my home. Everything that I wanted to have done was not only completed, but exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed watching the transformation of beauty and elegance take place in my own home. I loved the personal touch. I was very comfortable to share my ideas and see it done just the way I’d imagine it to be. Denise became not just my interior designer, she became a personal friend.

I actually was surprised, after the initial placement of furniture, how much room I really had. It opened up space in each room and felt refreshing and new. I love a home that’s beautifully decorated, yet practical for family use.

It was always easy to communicate my ideas and to see everything coming together. I enjoyed the process. I also enjoyed learning simple decorating tips and feeling confident with the ideas of the designer. I think the first hurdle to get over when hiring professional help is trust. After my first consultation, I felt immediate trust in Denise.

I hired to Denise with Art of ReDesigning to coordinate the entire redesign of our master bedroom. Hire a painter, choose paint colors, carpeting, baseboards, new mirror wardrobe doors, shopped for and coordinated delivery of new bedroom furniture, lamps and bedding, and completed it by redesigning the room and putting it all together.

There is no way I could have done what she did with a full time job and coordinate everything the way Denise did.

Wow, this is my house! Truly the impact from Denise staging our house was overwhelming. The house felt much bigger that the 1500 sq. ft. after the property was staged but it still had a warm homey feel.

I could not imagine with a few new accessories and just moving the furniture around what a difference it could make. The fact that Denise used my own furniture and mainly items that I already owned and transformed my home to look like a model home!
