As we discuss ideas and make recommendations together, we will follow up with a simple step by step report to include everything we discussed and mail it directly to you. You only get one chance to make a great first impression, and it starts with MLS or marketing fliers of your property on the internet. It’s difficult for sellers to objectively view their own home to get it in saleable condition.
