1. STAGING EVALUATION/REPORT:
This “Do it Yourself” or “Honey Do List” is a custom tailored report for the home-seller with recommended tasks to complete. Art of ReDesigning will walk through your home with you and make recommendations on “de-cluttering” and “editing” to help your home look more appealing to buyers. We will also make suggestions on how to make your rooms appear more spacious. Our checklist begins with your homes “curb appeal,” and continues inside—room by room, closet by closet—outside, to your backyard. As we discuss ideas and make recommendations together, we will follow up with a simple step by step report to include everything we discussed and mail it directly to you. Staging report prices range depending upon the square footage of the home. Please call for a quote.

2. REARRANGE:
You only get one chance to make a great first impression, and it starts with MLS or marketing fliers of your property on the internet. It’s difficult for sellers to objectively view their own home to get it in saleable condition. That is why it is beneficial and valuable to hire a professional Stager, just like you have hired a professional Real Estate Agent to sell your home.

Our team will edit and rearrange your furnishings and accessories for you that ultimately can alleviate the stress and the emotional attachment you feel about moving and its process. This service will enhance your home’s best features, and optimize space which will appeal to buyer’s eyes and make the best possible first impression. Art of ReDesigning works closely with four different furniture rental companies and we will completely facilitate and coordinate the entire process of furnishing your vacant home. We shop and pick out the furnishings that:

A. meet with the integrity of the home and
B. are updated with current pieces that are appealing to the general population.

We also own hundreds of accessories, silks, throw pillows, trays and artwork to complete the look. We will meet the furniture rental delivery truck and arrange the furniture to give your home that “model home look” that will give the best possible first impression to sell your home faster.
